·1。參加者屬自願性質參加活動，參加本活動前，所有參加者或參加者父母/監護人必須細閱本及同意遵守本條款及細則並受其約束。

2。凡參與活動即代表你已閱讀及同意遵守本條款及細則並受其約束。

3。是次活動以劃分時段的形式進行，每節為1.5小時，每人只限預先報名參加1個時段。每個時段有指定的開始時間，如參加者未能於時段開始時依時抵達，亦須於指定時段結束時間離場。

4。如參加者未能於登記時段出席，則須在網上報名參加另一個時段，並成功在網上登記後方可入場。

5。參加者必須事先在本網站登記，並在入場時出示電郵QR Code。

6。參加者已報名時段內只限揀走1個執嘢袋的份量之衣物，離場前請歸還執嘢袋。

7。衣物數量有限，派完即止。如衣服提早派完，活動有可能提前結束，並只會以電郵通知參加者。

8。我們可能會因應當時情況而實施人流管制，如有不便之處，敬請原諒。

9。參加者確認活動（如在公衆可見之範圍内進行）或會被第三方拍下照片或錄下影像。在決定參與活動前，參加者需要注意前述事宜，並同意不會就任何相關之投訴追究執嘢之責任。

10。參加者參與活動即被視為其本人及賓客所招致的任何損失、損害、意外、傷害或盜竊承擔責任， 並同意不會就任何相關之損失追究執嘢之責任。

11。執嘢不對活動的質量或適用性作任何保證。執嘢不對活動及其相關事宜承擔任何責任，參加者/ 參加者父母/監護人者將放棄其追究執嘢的所有權利及利益（如有）。

12。參加者或其父母/監護人須確保參加者身體健康狀況良好才能參加活動。如參加者體溫超過攝氏 37.5 度或有其他可能危及他人健康的症狀，執嘢保留拒絕入場的權利。

13。執嘢有權於活動期間進行攝影、錄影、錄音，並將此等照片、圖片、聲訊及錄像，永久免費地用於任何媒體中，而無需對參加者支付款項或報酬。內容屬於執嘢的專有財產。 

14。參加者提供的個人資料將按照執嘢網站上所載的隱私政策和個人信息收集聲明進行收集和處理。根據個人資料(私隱）條例，參加者有權查詢及更正所提供的個人資料。如欲查詢、翻閱或更改個人資料，請與執嘢聯絡。

15。執嘢有權隨時暫停、終止、取消或延長上述活動或更改/修訂/改變上述任何條款及細則而毋須預先通知，亦不會對任何一方負上任何責任。

16。如有任何爭議，執嘢保留最終決定權。

1. Participants are voluntarily participating in the event. Before participating in this event, all participants or their parents/guardians must carefully read and agree to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. By participating in the event, you represent that you have read and agree to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. This event will be conducted in a time-slotted format, each session will be 1.5 hours long, and each person is limited to pre-registering for 1 session. Each session has a designated start time. If a participant is unable to arrive on time at the start of the session, they must also leave at the designated end time of the session.

4. If a participant is unable to attend the registered time slot, they must register for another time slot online and successfully register online before they can enter.

5. Participants must register on this website in advance and present the email QR code upon entry.

6. Participants are limited to picking up 1 bag of clothes during the registered time slot, and please return the bag before leaving.

7. The quantity of clothes is limited, and the event will end once they are all gone. If all clothes are given away early, the event may end early and participants will only be notified by email.

8. We may implement crowd control measures depending on the situation. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

9. Participants acknowledge that the event (if conducted in a public area) may be photographed or filmed by third parties. Before deciding to participate in the event, participants should be aware of the foregoing and agree not to hold JupYeah responsible for any related complaints.

10. Participants who participate in the event are deemed to assume responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury or theft caused by themselves and their guests, and agree not to hold JupYeah responsible for any related losses.

11. JupYeah makes no warranty as to the quality or suitability of the event. JupYeah does not assume any responsibility for the event and its related matters. Participants/participants' parents/guardians shall waive all rights and interests (if any) to hold JupYeah accountable.

12. Participants or their parents/guardians must ensure that participants are in good physical condition before participating in the event. If a participant has a body temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius or other symptoms that may endanger the health of others, JupYeah reserves the right to refuse entry.

13. JupYeah has the right to take photographs, videos and recordings during the event, and to use such photographs, images, sounds and recordings permanently and free of charge in any media without having to pay any fees or remuneration to the participants. The content is the exclusive property of JupYeah.

14. The personal data provided by participants will be collected and processed in accordance with the privacy policy and personal information collection statement set out on the JupYeah website. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, participants have the right to access and correct the personal data provided. To access, review or change personal data, please contact JupYeah.

15. JupYeah reserves the right to suspend, terminate, cancel or extend the above event or change/amend/modify any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice and shall not be liable to any party.

16. In case of any disputes, JupYeah reserves the final decision right.
